Hammond Castle Museum offers a secluded off-site setting for private group functions, large or small, in an elegant medieval European ambiance.
This continues the tradition of established business and social gatherings that occurred for years when notable business leaders, scientists, celebrities, musicians, and world leaders met here to enjoy the Hammond experience.
Your event can be configured to match most of your organization’s needs, from day long internal company gatherings, to recognition events, to customized entertaining with your customers or clients.
For many of its corporate guests, the Museum has designed exciting tours to encourage corporate team-building development.
We provide these groups with serious fun while offering an extraordinary educational experience. Teams solve clever riddles and complete other challenges, all of which are based upon the Museum’s unique architecture and its vast collection of Roman, Medieval, and Renaissance artifacts, as well as the extraordinary professional and social life of John Hays Hammond Jr. In doing so, we offer a new way for these guests to look at and experience the Museum.
Our guides offer true and entertaining stories, paving the way for guests to laugh and connect with each other in effective team-building exercises. Most of these team-building exercises are combined with a reception, dinner or other social activities.
The Great Hall provides a workday presentation venue for open audience seating of up to 90 attendees. Catering arrangements can be incorporated for buffet lunches and/or post-meeting receptions. We can also accommodate seated banquets integrated with a meeting, or on a standalone basis, of up to 90 diners.
